| | We used crew names even before we began using Group. But we also name our directors and crew leaders. So far for this year I'm working with Tenderfoot Trevor, Calamity Kami, Wrangler Wilma, Bean Master Rebecca and Biscuit Roller Beth (snacks). The kids love it. We have never found that naming the crews created a competitiveness among the kids. |
