Can anyone tell me what the craft options are for the preschoolers? I don't have the manual with me to look at. In particular, I need to know which ones are the same as for the older kids.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Blessings,
Lori P.

Lori P,

I have both the preschool and cowpoke crafts.  Here's the days that both have the same craft:

Day 1 Buddy Bags ~ we are not doing this one for the preschoolers.  We collect empty 2 oz Pringles containers w/lids.  We put contact paper on the outside and then we have the preschoolers decorate with foam stickee figures.  We have also used frosting containers.   If you have the time you can decorate the lids also.  Makes for a cute container and holds the Bible buddies.

Day 2 Prayer Journal ~ we are doing some sort of journal for the older kids but not the one in the packet ~ still thinking about this.  But we are not doing for the preschoolers.  I am going to do the 'pet river rocks' that they paint and I will tie it in with the crossing of the Jordan and the altar made.

Day 3 Prayer Bears ~ both groups will be making these to be used for the mission projects.  We did  not buy the ones through Group.  We had enough fleece material donated to make the bears ourselves.

Day 4 Wild West Chalkboard.  Still thinking about this one.

Day 5 Sheriff's Badge.  We will probably have both groups do this one.  I'm going to check out our Ben Franklin to see if they have a sheriff badge die cut to use to cut out the badges.

There are other activities listed in the leader packet that can also be done.  Let me know if you need them also.

Hope this helps.

Blessings,

God Blessings!

We have thin wooden badges to use for Day 5, but we are having difficulty coming up with ways that preschoolers could decorate them.  We will have to write God is in Charge since many won't be able to do that and with it being Day 5, we don't want to use paint since it may not dry in time for them to take home.

Any suggestions?

We use Sharpies a lot for quick dry projects like that. Depending on how dark the wood is, that could work.
