I'm needing to finish decorations and I can't seem to find the 8 ft. quik crete tubes that they use in the DVD.  I asked a landscaper friend, looked at Lowes and Home Depot.  Has anyone had any luck?  If not, can you give me some good suggestions on how to connect 2 4ft ones so that they are sturdy enough to stand?

Thanks!

I think the DVD said they got theirs from a concrete supply. Home improvement stores only carry 4 foot.

You can put a piece of 1x2 down in one of them halfway. Screw through the tube into the wood. Do this in 2 or more places. Set the top tube on and screw it in place.

We have also duct taped them together.
