Here are our pictures! We had an awesome teen paint the great backdrop. My husband made the cross and the covered wagon.  The stage also featured the "Mosey On Inn" and the "Nay- borhood Jail" . We told the kids that when they filled up the entire corral fence with their Wow Cows they could choose to have the Pastor or Youth Pastor arrested and put in the jail. We ended up putting them both and jail and throwing our "Rowdy" in as well! The kids loved it!

We were really happy with how the stage came out- and the best part is we were able to borrow and share our decor with other churches. I highly reccomend finding other vbs programs in your area and combining your recources- we are already planning on getting together next year with other Power Lab directors and coming up with some awesome decor that can be rotated.

Our other decor included an area designated to the OK2K project, some silhouettes on sunset spray painted paper with song lyrics, a few horse stables. For Chadder's theater we had a great leader that made a black light tent inside the youth building with an awning and black plastic. She had sleeping bags and a camp site inside complete with stars above and projected the movie on the wall. She had white accent decor to pick up on the black lights. My daughter said it was her favorite part every day. We will definitely be using a similiar idea next year! Maybe with a complete solar system....
