From time to time, we get questions about whether or not we have instrumental or split-track versions of KidsOwn Worship music.

Once upon a time, we did provide split-track versions of these songs. But we found the quality to be lacking. So we don't currently have instrumental or split track versions of the KidsOwn Worship songs, but we are looking into providing instrumental versions (we're looking at Fall 2007 for a timeline at the moment).

In the meantime, if there is a song or two you'd like an instrumental version of, and Group holds the copyright, let me know (dbernard@group.com) and we'll see what we can do to help!

I am very interested in whether you are on target for Fall 07 in having instrumental tracks available.  We would very much like our children to sing the songs during worship!  Help!  :-)

Please advise.  I am new to this position and I'm trying to get a jump start on the fall curriculum!

Thank you!

Hi, Kathy! We're looking at September, I believe, on our technology team's current timeline. In the meantime, though, let me know if there is a song or two you need, and I'll see if I can help you out.

The songs that will be available in instrumental form will only include songs Group holds the copyright for, and those are songs I can possibly help you out with in the meantime, too.

Let me know if I can be of service in any other way. God bless you and your ministry!

Greetings all,

I'm just starting out with FaithWeavers so pardon my ignorance, but, just wondering? Is the sing-along songs dvd the music that you use for kidsown worship?? I have purchased this dvd & plan to use it with sunday school. Is there piano music that goes along with these songs so that my kids can sing it in church?

   Blessings to all,

        Vanessa

Welcome, Vanessa!

The Sing-Along Songs From FaithWeaver DVD can be used with KidsOwn Worship (and is included in the Kit if you purchase the kit each quarter). Churches also will find that these songs correspond with FaithWeaver and FaithWeaver Friends to a degree as well (all three lines explore the same Bible story each week, but with different activities and a different focus).

All of the songs used in KidsOwn Worship are found on the Songs From FaithWeaver CD, also found in your KidsOwn Worship Kit and available separately. You can see it and all of the fall resources at http://store.grouppublishing.com/OA_HTML/gpCCtpSctDspRte.jsp?section=15982.

We do not have sheet music for the KidsOwn Worship songs, but sometimes we're able to help with instrumental music, if that would help. If so, just send us an email (dbernard@group.com) with the songs you are looking for, and we'll see if we have them. They do need to be songs that are Group copyrights, and not copyrights held by another company.

Please let us know if we can be of service in any other way. God bless you and your ministry!
