I have taken over a "Mission Friends" class on Wednesdays and need a curriculum that would fit with our situation.  The class size is 6-8 children, ages range from 6-10.  We meet for about an hour, right after dinner is served at our Church.  I was hoping FaithWeaver would be something I could use but cannot tell by reviewing the information online.

I'm hoping Group will have something because we've been using Group's VBS materials for the past 3 years and the kids LOVE it!

Thanks for any help in advance.

Thanks for checking in! Depending on your goals, FaithWeaver Friends (check out more and download a free sample at www.FWFriends.com) may be a closer match to your needs and goals. And we call it Friends!

Friends is based on the same center rotation model as Group's VBS, where kids rotate in their multi-age small groups from one center to another after a large-group opening. They end with 'journaling' (writing or drawing) to solidify the learning and select a Daily Challenge to apply.

There is also a forum for FaithWeaver Friends.

Friends using the same scope and sequence as FaithWeaver, so you can mix and match if you want (but I think you'll find more than enough options in Friends), or you can add FaithWeaver at another time to further Bible learning and application. FaithWeaver has 4 13-week quarters, and Friends has 3 13-week quarters (no summer, since many churches told us that they either take the summer off from midweek, or do something different).

Hope this helps. Feel free to check in (here or at dbernard@group.com) with any other questions you have.

God bless you and your ministry!
