| I'm trying to add the custom questions on the participants form and it's not pulling them up on the site.

| Are you clicking the submit button at the bottom of the page? This information shows up on the participant information section of the form. You will have to fill out the parent info and click "next" to see it.

| Ok, I see that now. But I then did a test run (adding my child in) and got a general server error.
