We are planning a three-day event for kids later this summer and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good resource for skits/dramas that are great for large groups of kids. This is an outreach event, so I would love to find skits that can be used for kids from different background, churched and unchurched. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

My all-time favorite skit book is "Instant Skits for Children's Ministry" by John Duckworth (available at www.group.com). So funny! There's a Dr. Seussish one about Sunday school we've used a lot.

The Humongous Book of Bible Skits (from Group too) has skits that involve everyone.

Hope that helps!

Both these resources are full of great skits that children and adult audiences will enjoy. I especially like the skit Chris mentioned.  It's about a family trying to get to a reluctant child to go to Sunday School.  The Dr. Seuss style rhymes are clever and the situation is one that EVERY family has experienced!
