I am looking for a way to export the volunteer information into an excel spreadsheet.  I haven't done a completely exhaustive search, but haven't found it in my initial pass-through.

Is there a way to do this?

To export your Volunteers list:
1. Scroll down to the "VBS at a Glance" section on the left.
2. Click on the Volunteers Accepted link.
3. Your Volunteer page will appear. Just above the volunteer list, you will see some buttons.
4. Click the Export List button, and it will export your volunteer information.

I am getting an error trying to do this.  It says, Internet Explorer can not download profileVolunteer.aspx from Groupvbs.com.  Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet site.  The requested site is either unavailable or can not be found. Please try again later.

I tried again later three times-- and still have problems.  Any ideas?  I am concerned that we do not have these names backed up anywhere.

Thanks, in advance.

This is a Microsoft issue. We have posted a work around on the FAQ section of the Web Toy Box. Here is the FAQ url: https://www.groupvbs.com/webtoybox/director/help.aspx.

Blessings!
