We’ll be sharing some fun ideas for volunteer recruiting, decorating, publicity, and creative ways to work around those budget issues.

Date: Saturday - April 12, 2008
Time: 9am to Noon

You’ll experience:

• getting to know each other over refreshments
• making Power Lab crafts so you can see for yourself how fun they are to make, play with, and most importantly, how they reinforce the Bible Point for the day
• hearing all of the songs that your kids will love and that reinforce Bible truths
• networking with other VBS Directors in our community to share decorations, ideas, and encourage one another

Each church that attends also receives:

• practical training from a Group VBS expert (Randi Nussbaum fron Nashville, TN)
• exclusive, fun giveaways!
• info on getting VBS resources at a huge discount

The advance registration fee for the Party is only $25.00 for the first person from each church and $10.00 for each additional person. If you register within 3 days of the party or walk-in the day of the event, the fee is $30.00 for the first person and $15.00 for each additional person. I recommend that you bring your craft leader and and other planning team members with you.
