| | Last year I started off our first VBS meeting with a story about a little boy throwing starfish back into the water to save them and how he made a difference to the starfish. This year I wanted to do the same at the start of every meeting and place stories in our break room during VBS. I just wanted to share some that I found so far and ask others to share any that they may have. Thank you! One manager let employees know how valuable they are with the following memo:
"You Arx A Kxy Pxrson"

One
One song can spark a moment, One flower can wake the dream. One tree can start a forest, One bird can herald spring.
One smile begins a friendship, One handclasp lifts a soul. One star can guide a ship at sea, One word can frame the goal.
One vote can change a nation, One sunbeam lights a room. One candle wipes out darkness, One laugh will conquer gloom.
One step must start each journey, One word must start each prayer.
100 years from now it will not matter what your bank account was, the sort of house you lived in or the kind of car you drove; however, the world will be different because you were important in the life of a child.
