| I know, I feel like old school - going for this one when so much cool and new stuff are out, but it's love at first sight, always want to do it. We are begining a WM in our Portuguese Service - so we are going intercultural!! and I want to do a monthly meeting with them as a outreach for their friends. But, I need your input, help and ideas. Has somebody done it? Can you help me? I'm new in scrapbooking, so I need a few tips. I'm ordering the books and setting up a flyer/invitation, but pretty much that is it. Any help??

| How cool!!!! And maybe the Fruit of the Spirit study has been around for awhile, but I don't really classify it as "old school"! After all, it will ALWAYS be relevant to study the Fruit of the Spirit!!! Are you mainly going to be having women in the study who have scrapbooked before or new to scrapbooking women??? Much of what you need is in the book itself, but to make it personal, you'll want women to have some of their own supplies such as colored/printed papers, etc. AND you'll need to have them supply (or you supply) some of the consumables such as two-way glue or tape runners, etc. Scissors are another must. I usually have women supply their own because they may have favorite tools to use. When there are women who scrapbook a lot and some who don't, I ask those who do to bring some extras to share. You can have women pay an additional fee to share some of those resources, or you can connect with women who scrapbook a lot, who will likely be GLAD to get rid of some of their misc. scraps, etc. Other than supplies, you are facilitating a study just like any other group! So, pray and prepare...and HAVE FUN! I'd be happy to continue to connect if you want as you begin slawrence@groupra.com
