I am just curious to see if anyone makes their own bible books instead of purchasing them from Group? I was looking at them and they look amazing, but in the past I have always made them for our church and used our color copier in the office to print them! I know I have saves HUGE amount of money in the past by doing our own... but I don't know what I want to do this year. I just know $3.99 for 125 kids at one location and then we're also doing a mission trip where it is us directing/paying for VBS at a church so we're looking at another 100 kids.... I'm looking at 897.75 plus shipping on that! YIKES (that's aprox. 1/2 of my budget!) and we do NOT charge kids... EEK!

Any thoughts would be wonderful! Thanks a bunch!

Every year VBS Help has a idea box and download section, they post alternative work sheets. They look nice photocopied on neon paper, which is even cheaper than colored ink, but bright and colorful.
