First, let me say how excited we are to hear of someone answering God's calling on their life to serve Him and His church.  I have no doubt many lives will be changed as you follow His leading!

Second, to get started connect with your local church and pastor to let them know what you are attempting to accomplish.  Next, get your info out to your "sister" churches in your area and your network of friends in different ministries and denominations.  Another option is to post your info on message boards with Job Posting sections.  If you want to really get rolling my best advice to you would be to hook up with a speaking agency.  There is one in Nashville called Ambassador or something like that.  They are usually at YS conferences.
