I really like the online registration tool, but would like to print out hard copies of a registration form for each child - Especially for the Allergy information and the Emergency Contact Information. What I've come up with is a merge document in Word after exporting the information from the site into Excel.

God Bless,

Robin

Robin, this is crazy - but you just made my day!  Word, Excel and Mail Merge in one sentence.  It's like we were sisters!

cbeam, I wouldn't make a separate book for each child.  I might put each child on a line, with columns containing identifying information.

We also print out a label that goes on the back of each name tag with their group #, leader's name, emergency cell phone and parent name and any allergies.  Makes it for an easy fix.

Of course all of that is on a master list that is printed out as well - for the leadership.
