Hey all,
 
Would anyone mind sharing your staff/volunteer children's ministry flow charts? I think Grace is one of the smaller church's in this group. I'd love see how churches between 1,500-2000 weekend attenders organize their volunteers and volunteer managers (paid or vol). We're in the middle of a wave of rapid growth and I need to ideas in order to build a growth structure.
