| We are getting a new module (2nd one for us- we just finished Spelunkers) for LIO, we use for Children's Church, and we using AR Ranch theme for the whole Summer, and for VBS, then Wild West, so I'd love to have a connection with LIO, can you suggest each one would be better? I'm thinking in Wilderness Trail. Thanks!!

| | Look-wise, Wilderness Trail is what I would suggest as well. Another thougth, though, is Star Quest. This module focuses on the 'Nature of God' and include the following Bible stories: Moses and the Burning Bush (Life is all about God.), God Speaks to Job (We are thankful God made everything.), God Gives Isaac a Wife (We trust God's plan for us.), Moses Sees God on the Mountain (We worship a perfect God.), and John Teaches About God's Love (We love others because God loves us.) Since Avalanche Ranch is "A Wild Ride Through God's Word," Star Quest could be a possibility. Hope that helps!

| | For subject matter, Star Quest is close. But for theme and decorating, Wilderness Trail is close. None match exactly. |

| | I'm going with Wilderness Trail! I thing visual is very important and will be easy to have AR deco around, I'm leaving the background that we use on the Jumpstart for the whole Summer. Okay, now is the next question, ideas for decorations, specific for Wilderness Trail? Has someone doing it that could share some insights? I'm having a big training (first time for LIO) and I want to do the best I can to get them ready. Thanks!

| | A couple of ideas for you. Check out the 'decorating' subcategory in this forum for a few ideas. Also, you can check out more decorating ideas (we're working on adding the most recent 3 modules) at http://www.group.com/support/lio/customersonly/decorating_ideas.asp (part of the Living Inside Out site). And share your ideas in the decorating subcategory with others. Blessings!

| | Denise - We really don't have a theme around science for LIO, but since Power Lab is about God's miraculous power, I would suggest Storm Chasers as the best fit. The lessons are: Jesus Heals a Roman Officer's Servant, God Heals Naaman's Leprosy, King Josiah Obeys God, Abigail Is a Peacemaker, and Stephen Dies for His Faith. These are based on the Beatitudes but best represent Jesus' power over cirtances. Hope this helps! Angela DeWispelaere

| Thanks Angela! We decided to go with Balloon Fest, because of the hot air connection and I really loved the lessons about the HS. But, I would suggest for anybody the Star Quest too, because of the "space" decorations, etc. We are planning to have the preschool area decorated as a planetarium, so it will be a connection.
