POSITION OPEN: First United Methodist Church of Childress, Texas has a position open for a full time youth pastor. We have 150 in worship and 40 youth. Salary is $31,200 and continuing Ed $1,200 and we furnish a small apartment with utilities and local phone. We have a history of a strong youth group with very active parent/adult support. Ski trips, summer camp, and mission trips are annual events. Last summer we sent 50 youth to camp. Youth ministry is a very high priority for our church and is well supported by the entire church.
