| | Hello, My church will be hosting a youth rally at the end of the month. The name of the event is FUSION 08 with the idea behind it being that many youth groups of the county are "fusing" together as one. The definition I found of Fusion was this: A reaction in which separate parts combine to form a more massive part with the simultaneous release of energy. I want to stick with this idea, but would love to incorporate a bible verse with it. I have searched long and hard and cannot come up with anything... and I want to stay away from the verse "where two or three are gathered in my name I am there with you." It is used for many different purposes, and almost too much. Maybe something along the lines of we are stronger when we arent going it alone or something like that. Any help will be great! I also have to do a radio interview soon, and would love to be able to use the verse then!

| | Hey Staci, Try Ecclesiastes 4.12, it might be what you're looking for. Matt |

| | When I first read your post I thought of Eph 4:11-13 and I Cor. 12:12-31 about the unity of the body. We all have different jobs but when we come together and work together we become stronger and we can reach so many for Christ. Don't know if that is what you were going for but my husband and I have been using this a lot with our traveling ministry to kids and teens that is probably why it came to my mind so quick.
