I'm so excited.  A friend of my  husband's gave me my very own over head projector.  Now all I need is a pocket protector and I can join the big Geek Team. lol

Tonight we are working on the main stage decoratings.  I've got almost all of the beakers outlined.  We'll cut and paint tonight.  We'll also work on our Pre-Registration display.

I just ordered a majority of my supplies.  And need to work this week on the donation poster. 9 weeks to go.

You have got to be the most fortunate VBS person ever!  9 weeks to go and already having a decorating party.  My decorating party starts tonight and last all week for our VBS that starts on Sunday!

WE ARE HAVING OUR DECORATING PARTY TOMORROW NIGHT.  WE ONLY HAVE A CHURCH OF ABOUT 30 PEOPLE BUT EVERYONE HELPS, AND WE USUALLY HAVE ABOUT 40 KIDS COME FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD.    I HAVE MEN WHO BUILD BIG PROPS FOR ME OUT OF GARAGE JUNK, AND WOMEN WHO MAKE DINNER FOR THE REST OF US (HOMEMADE CHICKEN ENCHICLADAS, YUM!!!).  MOST OF OUR BIG PROPS ARE ALREADY MADE.  SUNDAY AFTER CHURCH WE MEET FOR A POTLUCK AND THEN SPEND THE AFTERNOON PUTTING IT TOGETHER SO WE HAVE ONE SUNDAY WHERE WE WILL MEET IN OUR SCIENCE LAB FOR CHURCH.  EVERYONE LOOKS FORWARD TO IT EVERY YEAR AND I CAN'T WAIT.
