from what I saw somewhere...you cut the ball and then push it around the hoop and then tape it....VBS Groupies...am I correct???? I haven't made mine yet...since all the decor is at my house and I have three little ones...they will be playing with the atoms and don't want that to happen...but ANYWAY...that's what I saw and how I understood it....I think it was on one of the DVD's that came in the kit...I THINK?!?!?!
