We so wanted to include the hacky sacs, so we tried everything and discovered that you could use simple ball point pens and not color each section in solid.  If you encourage the children to only make designs or words on the sections, it does not rub off so easily.  Our VBS is complete, and we all LOVED IT!  Good luck.

I am amazed & impressed by all of you who do all of the iron ons. Wow. We mail the iron ons to the children w/ their letter & the same for the volunteers! It's up to them to get them ironed on. (And yes, sometimes people need a second one because the first one didn't come out right, but that's o.k.) You guys are awesome!
