Hope someone can lend me a hand.  I am trying to figure out how much of each item to request from the congregation at our church.  We average anywhere from 150 - 200 kids per day.  Can anyone help me, please?????

There are three places that I know of that might help - the back cover of the snack leader guide, pages 78 & 79 in the Director Manual and the Web Toy Box.  If you sign up for your church to have a site on the using the Web Toy Box there is a very good supplies calculator there.

thanks so much for the advice.  I can't believe how easy that makes it.  I have been worrying about having to run all over to figure out how much I need for each kid based on the different products available in the stores.  Such a life saver!
