I would think about making teens who are willing to share the plan of salvation your crew leaders. They have much more impact overall than station leaders in this matter.

I agree Peggie, thats what I did this year.... We have been with this church two years and the ones that have been in our youth group since then have grown leaps and bounds.... they are preteens.... they are now comfortable to share the ABC's of salvation and pray with anyone... right before VBS we had a bible study just for our crew leaders to make sure eveyone could do it... all wanted to do it....its amazing!!!! This same group is going to church camp with me this week... I am excited because I now will get to see and hear how each one lives.... do they pray in the morning, at night, do they read their bible, do they respect their bible.... It will also let them get to know me.... they get to see how much I love the Lord and how I spend my day worshipping HIM all the day long.... It will be exciting to get to know one another....
