| | Hi all!! I am new to this VBS planning position. In the past others at my church provided letters to the home of the kids who are attending. This letter gave information about the VBS and what they needed to bring and other info. Is there a form letter somewhere so I don't have to spend time recreating the wheel? Thanks a bunch!!!! Sherry

| | If you have access to the Director's manual, there is a letter in there. It reminds parents of the time, to dress the kids appropriately, and lets them know when to join us for the finale. |

| | Here are some letters I use every year....I just update them with some of the publiicity information each year to make them current with the theme. Hope this helps! I print the registration age group information on the back of the 1st page in the Registration Confirmation Letter. The other page in the RegistrationConfirmationLetter is a card I print to give to each family about our church and an overview reminder about the VBS Schedule. These are all word documents and easily edited to fit your personal information. Rebekah Travis
