I saw on another post that some people have gotten a AR branding iron as an incentive from Group.  It seems like it would be a cute idea as a stamp for tee-shirts--if it is large enough.  There is probably also a way to make up a stamp that would look like the branding logo--maybe out of jicama because they are larger than potatoes.  Just and idea but we always to a tee shirt at VBS so I've got to figure out something!

This year I made stamps for our Christmas program from fun foam and it worked out great.  Just cut the shape out of the middle weight foam (can't remember the thickness) and then use the THICK foam (1/2") for the base.  I actually bought door hanger kits at Walmart and cut those into two for the really thick base.

They worked GREAT and only cost a few cents each to make.  With the AR logo, you could even make the edges somewhat rough, and scratch the surface somewhat.
