| | This is from a Tammy Moore in March, 2006: I am a circle leader in FW Friends at my church. I feel privileged to be allowed to serve in this capacity. I am a deacon in my church, early worship leader, youth leader, Christmas Program Coordinator, and VBS Director. Although I serve in many capacities in my church, none give me more satisfaction than being a FWFriends circle leader. I put the program to good use by calling on my older children to help spell words for my younger ones and I let them explain things that the younger ones don't understand. It's so rewarding and refreshing and invigorating to see these children serving each other and they don't really even realize it. They are being taught to meet needs where they are. If this program continues in our church (and I pray it will never end).....these children will be doing missions without even giving it a second thought!!! It's incredible!!! It has me so excited I can barely keep quiet about it. It's one of those things you just have to see for yourself!! You can't really explain it and do it justice!! Let me use some hard cold facts now for everyone........... since we started using FWFriends, we have seen a growth in our children's participation in our Midweek program of 700%!!!! Yes, that is a fact!!! A 700% increase!!!! And we just started using it this past fall!! We have also seen a 430% increase in our adult participation!! The mission projects are right on target with what the children can relate to. Praise God for such an exciting way to get children involved in the work of the Kingdom!!!! thank you, Tammy Moore
