I agree with everyone else. Definitely emphasize the fact that you will link to the church site. That is what I have done with mine. Check it out: http://cornerstonebaptist.lifewaylink.com The link is near the bottom of the home page.

You could always sign up for the site and then show it to your priest. If they still don't like it, you could at least use it yourself to keep a registration log. The information is only accessible to whoever has the password.

It is going to be a great tool. I hate to see you miss out.

I have decided to sign up for a site and will probably just use it for my own references.  I got word recently that our priest may be moved to another church before VBS even starts so I want to have it set up and ready to go just in case.  Our priest has been at our church for 13 years (which is a very long time in the Catholic church) so he has been given notice that he can expect to be moved in the next year or so.  Anyway, thanks to everyone for the suggestions.  I had completely forgot about all of the capabilities that I could use without having to use it as a website, so to speak. You guys are awesome!  Where would I be without my wonderful VBS family?
