I have my username and password, but when I login and fill out the info for church profile it just disappears.  There is nothing about our church on the view my vbs website or anthing.  I've seen people referencing a churchid and have tried e-mailing Group, but haven't got any response.  Can anyone give me an idea as to what might be wrong.

Thanks

Hi Forum Newbie,
I am also a newbie and, in fact, this is the first reply I am posting ever on the forum. The same thing happens to me when I fill out information to build my website after the church profile. Everything disappears. I had spent a lot of time posting all the information and when I viewed the website - there was not one bit of info there.
What happened? Please somebody tell me what happened/what am I doing wrong.
I really have been encouraged by everything else on the forum and love reading all the good tips from the community. "God is good aaaaaaalllllllll the time!"

I wish I had an answer for you but I don't.  However, I did email your question to Group and hopefully they will post an answer.

I too am having the same problem. No matter what I do, I cannot get back into my website. I am very frusterated. I have to have everything ready for Sunday morning as we are beginning our advertising and I can't even get to my information, and nobody else can either. I'm at my witts end. Hopefuly we all can get help soon.

Hi, friends--

If you could e-mail Jill Foye at jfoye@group.com we can address these on a case by case basis with our Toy Box tech team.

Thanks!
