We're not doing the Old West type theme but I wanted to incorporate the look a little bit so..... outside of the church offices, I'm going to turn them into a flat, old western town facade.
I'll have a little sign in the foyer that'll say "Old Town Avalanche 1.2m" (or something like that.) So it'll be like the resort town/tourist-trap museum type of place that one could visit if on a modern-day dude ranch.

So all that to say.... I'm making the window that opens into the secretary office the "jail" and am putting wanted posters up of our pastors.
Here's what I've got:
Sr Pastor: "Doc" ______.... wanted for neglecting his horse and driving too fast in an automobile (He loves his VW bug!)

Admin Pastor: "Mad" Marvin ______.... wanted for Impersonating a Minister and Tellin' Tales (He's the admin pastor and loves to try to put one over on unsuspecting folks.)

Sr High Youth Pastor: Matt "the Kid" _____..... wanted for causing youth to congregate after curfew

Here's where I'm stuck:
Custodian/all-around handyman: "Wild" John __________.... wanted for ????

I don't know what his crime should be! It needs to be clean and not a 'real' crime if possible. He's the custodian, fixes everything, always available guy and heads up the church softball team. Any ideas??

And our Pastor of Visitation/Evangelism.... I have no ideas.... He's such a great guy that works with several local half-way houses and has tremendous response with his addiction recovery/new believer discipleship classes.
Help please!!

For the custodian maybe "swiping grime and stealing second base."  I'm off to paint so I'll think on the other one.

I really like Rene's post about "stealing second base" for the custodian...that's cute.

What about something along those same lines for the Evangelism Pastor...something like "winnin' souls in a game of grace" or something corny like that???

And I like that corny one.  Other options might be "A-salting his food"    "Insider training"   "Joy-walking"                 Time for bed.

Ooh, ooh, can I try? How about...

Evangelism minister

Wanted for Grand Larceny - stealing souls from the devil.

Custodian

Wanted for Weapon Possession - carrying concealed hammer, wrench and screwdriver to fix anything broken.
(oops! sorry for the "real" crime reference)

Youth pastor

Wanted for Arson - setting the youth on fire for God!
(I know you already have one for him, but I like this one for our new youth pastor)

Do you have a Children's Pastor? Just thought of this one...

Wanted for Indentity theft - For impersonating everyone from a clown to an Old Testament prophet in order to bring kids closer to Jesus. --That would be me!

Partnering with parents to "TRAIN" up our children in the way they should go!

Another idea for the custodian: Wanted for cleaning us out and stealing second base.

Hey PJ, that one about the youth Pastor? Our Youth Pastor is a actual firefighter...that hit my funny bone.

Very cool responses! Thanks everyone!!
I'll have to finish them up and try to post one of the samples. (I scanned their pics out of our directory at a really bad resolution and then added cowboy hats, bandannas, and mustaches as needed in Fireworks.)
