My father-in-law went in to the hospital today for what was supposed to be a "routine" angiogram.  It turned out that he had blockage in two arteries and had to have stints put in.  My hubby's family is very concerned because my father-in-law had double by-pass when he as 42 yrs old.  Today is his 57th birthday.  Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery and that nothing else comes of all of this.

On a better note...I had a job offer out of nowhere last week.  For those of you who don't know, I am a stay-at-home mother and sell Premier Designs jewelry in my spare time.  Well the leader for our local Premier Designs group needed a personal assistant to help her with the many tasks that we need to handle with our jewelry businesses.  Because she is so successful, she has been overwhelmed.  Her current assistant has to resign because of her full-time job so I was recommended for the position.  I went in to the interview with an open mind and listened to what she had to offer.  It sounds outstanding so I took the job!  I am very happy because I will only be working Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.  The pay isn't outstanding but the opportunity to see what she does that makes her so successful is more than enough reason for me to do this.  Please pray that I can be successful in this new position and that I can still devote the needed time to my child that I have been able to give to him before this job.

Hi Kate,  I will pray for your Father in law.  On his birthday??  Aw...man!

Awesome on the job.  Something you like too, that is always great.  Good luck.

Said a prayer for your FIL and trust that the Lord will see him through. I prayed for a full recovery and renewed strength.

Also payed that the Lord would use this new opportunity to bless you, increase your faith and work in and through you.

Partnering with parents to "TRAIN" up our children in the way they should go!
