I feel like i have been living at church but it was all worth it when a 5 year old and Dad said its beautiful.  Bringing God to children and their families is what it is about.

Everything looks wonderful and I'm sure the kids will be in awe.  All of your hard work certainly shows.  I liked the stars on the ceiling ... did I miss discussion on those somewhere?  And your barn/horse set-up looked really fun.

WoW!!! I love all the decorating you did. I love the backdrop especially the eagle. I know all the kids loved it.....I want to be a kid again.

Thanks for posting and giving us all more ideas.

Wow! Wow! Your decorations are inspiring. A couple of questions:

1. Is the chuckwagon made according to MakeitMikes instructions? Mike always makes it look so easy, but I was afraid I would spend too much time on it?

2. How did you make the red checkered table coverings? Are the plastic or flannel background?

3. How about the campfire, do you have instructions on building it?

Thanks for sharing. My favorite of all is seeing everyone have so much fun especially the kids! May you reap a bountiful blessing!

The camp fire is three halloween battery pots with red rock and wood.  If someone is good they could wire the pots.

The chuckwagon is Mikes the directions are just as he said.  The hardest part was sewing.  My husband did ad a triangle support to the corners for the trellis and wagon wheels. it took him a day to make frames for two.

The red checkered table coverings are plastic and i tape them down with packing tape they will last all week for snack and supper.  Party America gives discounts to churches and so does Garden Ridge.

I will have more pictures tonight i was working on the picture slide show last night and someone else had the camera.

PS does anyone know how i can get my sig to work again?

Your decorations and sets are awesome.  I can imagine all the hard work that went into them.

We are a small church, 50-60 and not many kids.  We know they will love whatever we can come up with for them.  We don't have a lot of creative people either.  A few of us are doing the best we can with

Thanks so much for sharing all your creativity.  You are a blessing to your church.

Please know that no matter how large or small your church is, it's the experience for the children.  Regarding her silhouettes, they are beautiful!  I used the same type of thing for Serengeti two years ago and used black butcher paper.  It's EASY and very impressive!

Good luck.

Awesome pictures!  The decor is amazing and it is so fun to see all ages having a ball worshipping God!  That's what it's all about.  Thanks for taking the time to put up the inspiring pics.

We are also a smaller church i only have between 40-60 children.  What ever effort you do the kids will love.  My older youth are the ones who get into the decorations.
