| | Hi Donna-- We've had thousands of women do HeartSpa with great success! Since this is a newer message forum, you can't see all the messages posted in the past months...but if you go to www.group.com/heartspa and click on the "message board" link at the bottom of the page, you can see our old message boards where women have posted all about their HeartSpa experiences--along with great tips on where to get supplies, how to adapt schedules, etc. Look at both the "HeartSpa Women's Retreat" section and the "General Women's Ministry" section. | | Hi, Amy I used the link, but directs here! How can I acess the old Message board to read about Heart Spa? A sugggestion is to please, bring here the most important topics, like the girls do it in the VBS forums, so we can have acess to great info here and build from there! They usually gets the main topics and open it in the new board! Thanks!

| Our women's ministry did HeartSpa last fall and it was fantastic. We had a blast with the hand and foot massages and the facials. It was great to have a theme for the weekend to keep us focused.

| Do you need to get the supplies for the pedicures, manicues, etc. or do they come with the kit?

| | You need to gather all the supplies. We did this as an afternoon guest day last year and changed some things around and it was a big hit. I'm hoping we can do one again next year!

| | If you want to save yourself the time and hassle of running around and getting the supplies, most of the pampering items are available through Group. You can get facial product, the mango scrub and lotion, and all three peppermint items needed for the pedicures. You can find them at group.com/women by clicking through on all the HeartSpa links that show additional resources, or a shortcut is just going to http://store.grouppublishing.com/OA_HTML/gpCCtpSctDspRte.jsp?section=11922 and you can find the supplies plus a bunch of fun gift items you can give women at your retreat (or give to volunteers as thank-you gifts).
