| I love the attendance records, but wish to print out daily sheets for each leader after each day has been updated. I went to print these and the green checks and red circles did not show up on the printout. How do I get these to print on the attendance sheets so I don't manually have to checkmark each student??? (We have 245 registered  and that gets to be time-consuming!) Thanks in advance for your help!!!  huskermom |

| | I used this feature each day and loved it. The only problem I had was it took a long time to check everyone in. Go to the Attendance Tracker

Then I collect all the sheets and transfer them onto my master list, which I print in color. At night, I come home and check off everyone who attended on the computer. It is a good system, but I see a couple of ways to improve. 1) I would like Group to provide me with ability to make attendance lists by crew (as it currently does) or alphabetically by child....the little ones have a hard time remembering their crew names and so it is hard to find them on the crew-ordered lists. 2) When I check off names at night on the computer, I would like to be able to check several names and THEN update the list. As it is, I can only check one name and it updates every time....very time consuming.

I totally agree with Jill, especially because every time you update, it comes back at the top of the page instead of where you left off!
