How much fabric did you use? I think I can pull something similar off (I really like the ease of your design), but am curious about the amount of fabric.
Thanks!

The wagon wheel is a hola hoop. the spokes are pieces of cardboard. around the hola hoop I am putting my famous lunch paper sacks rolled. Then I am taking black streamers and covering it using hot glue and going around and around. I have pictures and will put them on here or if any one knows where else I can put them since the station I used isn't doing very well lately. God bless

| It took about 12 paper sack to go around the hola hoop. card board strips would work fine I used wrapping paper rolls on the first wheel. Masking tape is my second friend can't sleep so I am creating. and descided to rest my arm. Got second wheel set up and started. The fun part is the round circles are the plastic crafty circles under the paper sack and smaller one for the center circle. I just covered them and glued them on. I was trying to figure this out for the past few days and making it low cost. Thanks for posting this for me pastor Joe

Can't even tell it is a hula hoop when you got done with it. Good job Doreen.
