| We actually have a budget surplus this year! I would love to get a head start on next year, and start rounding up the supplies I can. When are the kits shipped out? It would be awesome to know about things early enough to take advantage of clearances throughout the year!

| Kits ship shortly before Christmas. But hopefully some folks from the field test will share their experiences and items we might want to look for!

| | Sarah- Last year the Starter Kits shipped December 1 (first date shipped) - December 5 (last day shipped) but it depends when you pre-order it. You can pre-order your Starter Kit after the website is up for VBS 2008. I'm going to pre-order mine as soon as I can. The sooner the better. I think Group has different shipping dates because many churches use Group's VBS curriculum and they don't want to be backed up if the shipping date is only one day. A customer curtesy. Thanks Group! | | Great about extra money, I plan to use any returned money after VBS for that too! But, I'd love to know what to save from VBS, so I can't wait!
