| | Chatted with Imagestation and got this answer Hi, my name is Gerald. How may I help you?
Kathy: Hi keep getting generating preview check back whenever I try to add photos to my album. This has been going on for days now
Gerald: I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Kathy: I am on a message board and ALL the members are having the same problem with imagestation
Gerald: Please note that there is a technical glitch with two of our servers.
Gerald: The images that have been uploaded in to these 2 servers show the message "Generating Preview. Check back soon".
Gerald: The images have been correctly uploaded and are present in the server.
Gerald: However, only their previews or thumbnails do not appear.
Gerald: The original images that have been uploaded are fully intact and secure. They are not lost.
Gerald: The issue would be resolved within 1 to 2 business days.

| Funny Kathy its been longer than that since I uploaded my Characters. They are two that do not appear as of yesterday . I haven't check this morining .

Funny Kathy its been longer than that since I uploaded my Characters. They are two that do not appear as of yesterday . I haven't check this morining . Doreen did you check the time I chatted with him and read it? It was just this morning. Patience my dear...
