I'm sorry if this had been ask discussed before and that is so long..But I just did the web box last week.  I signed up our church tried to add all info and it did not take all the info I wanted.  But I was fine--I just need a place for them to sign up there children.  SO I went on and signed up my son.  No problem. Then I emailed the info to my co-director-Her nor her husband could get on.  THinking I might have sent them the wrong email-I made a flyer and handed it out to the kids in kids church sunday. But before I copied them I had pasted the address from the flyer unto the address bar to make sure I had the right address.  And it took me to the correct address.   I was surprised that noone had signed up as of yesterday yet. Then last evening some parents came to me and ask if it was the right address, they could not access it at all-plus one mom even tried to google and all sorts of ways to get to the site--they found lots of churches but not our.  To top it all off at the beginning of church I gave the copy to my Pastor to put the address in the bulletin.  But this morning when I woke up to check my email-he had emailed the address to everyone in the church!!  I clicked from his email and it opened for me--So I guess I need to know why does it open for me and not for anyone else???

Blessings,

Jenn In PA

Jenn:

I had the same problem -- I was able to open it without problem, however my Pastor couldn't.  He finally got it opened but has to expand the site address to this:"default.aspx?churchid... before the church id part of the web address...I never had anyone else complain that they couldn't access it.  Also, make sure they are putting in https since it's a secure site.  Hope this helps!!
