| | Does anyone know how to print the shema from your computer? Ive tried to free-hand it for the torah scroll and I realize I need to just print it :-) |

| | When I did our Schema for JM I used only the first part (Hear, Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is One). I printed it on iron-on transfer and transferred it to a fabric scroll I made for the Rabbi. Here is the link to a MSWord file with the Schema. The first one is an image. The second and third ones are actual text using the bhebb font which I added a link to for download. You must have this font installed to see it. Otherwise you will have to use the image. Right click on the link below and select "Save Target As"

| My husband found a Hebrew-looking font, and printed a large part of the book of Deuteronomy onto paper that looks like parchment. It helped that our "Rabbi" works for a company that will allow him to use their specialized printers, and he was able to print onto large sheets of this paper. Then they also found a website that has daily Torah readings in Hebrew, and were able to find the actual Shema in Hebrew, and printed one page that included the Shema and surrounding text. So we ended up with one page that none of us can read, and the rest of the scroll in text that looks Hebrew, but if you look more closely, we can actually read.
