I don't know if some of you may remember JohnCoen from years past.  He had some really amazing costumes that he had made of Bible buddies ... remember Anna Banana?  I was curious to see if he was working on anything for Avalanche Ranch so I sent him an e-mail the other day.  He sent me some pictures of Buc and Boss today and asked me to post them.  They are just incredible.  I am continually amazed at the amount of talent on this board that is shared to strengthen God's kingdom.  Fantastic work, John!  Are these super-cool or what?

Does he sell or rent these? Sell the patterns?  I am interested in any or all of the above. Will have to do it out of my pocket, but it would be oh so worth it.

If memory serves me correctly he designs costumes for parades so he is a professional and his creations are unique. I think he also mentioned having fans in his costumes to keep the people wearing them cool.

Absolutely amazing and beautiful work. Thank you for sharing his wonderful art with us Rene.

I can only take the teensiest credit for these amazing costumes. Greg Nicholson is the master creator for our mascot costumes. Greg can take a drawing and make it come to life! It's an incredible talent that I am blessed to have him share with our ministries.

We do have a VBS road show that includes Buc and Boss (Jr.) along with puppets, blacklight theater, humor, music and illusions that is designed for use as a finale show. If you are within reasonable driving distance from out base (Lancaster, OH/Central Ohio), we we live to come to your church on a love offering basis!

Bummer - Tx is a little far! LOL

We are doing a workshop/teacher training retreat in Feb with a western theme, the costumed characters would be wonderful for that.
