| | This week I'm volunteering at an Avalanche Ranch program at another church. Five minutes before I got there, I was instructed by the VBS Director that I will be doing Chadder's Wild West Theater. I rushed to read the script for Day 1. I hadn't seen it since December when I reiewed my Avalanche Ranch Starter Kit. When my church did Serengeti Trek VBS 2005, I was a floater. I helped out with the Wild Bible Adventure, Wild Games, etc. and now I'm promoted to Station Leader. Please pray for me that all will go well and that Avalanche Ranch would be fun for the volunteers, kids and the VBS Director (It's their first year with Group.). God Bless, Josh T. in Ohio

| So, how did it go, Josh? Remember that you can do all things through Christ Jesus. You're right where he wants you to be and you will be able to reach the kids with the lessons and answer all of their questions. You were likely an answer to their prayers. I'm praying for you and the entire VBS. I'm sure that they'll like Group. It is a wonderful program.

| | Monday (Day 1) was better than Tuesday (Day 2) because I could fit all the activities into 20 minutes. The big thing that ate my time was that Chadder went for 6 minutes instead of 2 minutes. On Tuesday (Day 2), I did all the experience stuff (flashlights and vanilla-scented oil) but left out the Wild Ride Bible Guide part. Experiences would stick more to the kids than just doing a page in a book. I want to do it the way Group has written it but I feel that I don't have the experience to make it they way that Group says to do it. Thanks for your all of your prayers! God's will will be done no matter what. God Bless, Josh T. in Ohio

| | Thank you all so much for your prayers! Yesterday was good but I had about 5 - 10 minutes left so I was trying to think of questions that would go with the Bible Point. It turned out okay though. Please pray for tonight since it's the most important day of Avalanche Ranch because it's the writing on the wall and the whole gospel is presented to the kids. Thanks again everyone! | Thank you everyone for your prayers! Chadders Wild West Theater was a success! Day 4 went great. I think that was my favorite day out of all of them. I was sweet when the kids hugged their crew leaders. One girl came up to me and hugged me and said thanks for being a good leader. It touched my heart. Also, when some of the kids said that I needed the "x"s on my hands. It was touching. I'm glad to have particpated in it. God Bless, Josh T. in Ohio
