We are T-10 days until we launch AR. I have created my crews (manually)with fake staff within the ToyBox. I can't seem to figure out how to get an alphabetical list of participants with crews to use for check-in. Have any of you figured out a way to get such a list out of the Toy Box?
I suppose I could manaully enter the crews into my exported Excel list of participants, but I was hoping there would be an easier way. My shoulders are sore from being at the computer all day creating fake crew leaders and manually assigning kids to crews.
While I have appreciated the Web Toy box for registration (we are a new church start, with no congegration and no services yet); I have found it has left a lot to be desired when it comes down to the crunch time of assigning crews.
This forum has been a great help to me -- I appreciate your wisdom and openness to share. I have thanked God many times for providing you to me!
