Below are pics of our PVC Cowboys.  I posted quite a while ago asking some questions about attaching hair, etc.  We borrowed a wig for the one; the other remained bald because we ran out of time.

BTW, taking my teenage son's measurements worked pretty well in determining measurements for cutting the pipe.  We got the shoulders a little too broad, but otherwise they look ok.

Thank you so much for your fantastic ideas!

Janet

(We will be rounding up some lab coats to dress them next year!)

They look Great Janet I ran out of time and never made ours even though we had all the pipe and heads left from the siesta guys.

YEs, great job Janet. I too am working on mine. One is in Kathy's Siesta Hombre position. I wanted to work on another one that would be leaning against a wall, but I have absolutely no time!

What did you use for your fire flame?--it looks really neat!

Thank you for the nice comments!  I had saved the pics and instructions that Kathy had posted for Fiesta and we FINALLY got around to making them (thanks again for a wonderful idea).  I disassembled my guys this a.m. and they both fit neatly in a reasonable sized box.

The flame is painted on cardboard.  (Another church passed their decorations on to us, and the campfire was one of the things they gave us.  What a time saver!)
