| | Hey, It would be awesome if we could give parents a copy of our Spotlight Drama shows from each day on our on DVD. I too, as the Director of our VBS have had many, many requests from parents to have a copy of the Spotlight Drama and to this point I've said no. I don't want to do anything wrong or illegal so knowing for sure for next year if we can make a copy of that power point for parents would be fantastic!! Rebecca in PA |

| | Instead of a powerpoint presentation, I made our spotlight drama as a DVD presentation, so we had moving images. The bummer was converting everything for DVD use! I would like to see the images and audio for Spotlight Drama also available on a disc for DVD presentations. (example: every sound bite is broken up per slide right now. One "whole" audio track would be easier to import and use. Also PP slides have little audio icons on them, which I guess can be removed if you know what you are doing but I don't..so there!) |

| The easiest way to get rid of the icons is just to move them off to the side of the slide.

| We also had multiple request for the spotlight drama. We had a lady who took about 100 pictures a night and we decided to just copy the pictures (or the best of them) and provide that for the parents, but I would like to provide the spotlight dramas next year if I know we can.

My church office reminded me you have to get the parents permission to have pictures of kids posted , Given out to others . So we are now going to have a press release for photos on the registration form or connected to the registration forms God bless Doreen

| Just an FYI--the Power Lab Spotlight Drama CD allows you to burn a CD of all of your Spotlight Drama presentations. It's super easy to use!

| | I was glad to share this with you all. Yes Jody it is so easy to use the spotlight drama. My mom was surprise when she saw the presentation and was shock that I did it. She said no way you didn't do this. I replied I sure did. I felt good. God bless Doreen
