Does anyone have any ideas for a nice, small thank you gift to hand out to crew leaders.  I specifically work with PDP and looking for something small to give to the leaders we have working with PDP.  So I do not have a lot of people to buy for but not sure what to give them.  I think our director is handing out pins to everyone but I would like something else to give them since I will be working with the closely. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!

I read on the forum...somewhere...these ideas:

Twizzlers - with a note "Thanks for helping ROPE 'em in and taking 'em on a Wild Ride Through God's Word

Jolly Ranchers - Thanks for keeping your Avalanche Ranchers Jolly!

Root Beer Barrels (hard candy) - Thanks for making VBS a BARREL of fun!

Cow Tales - Thanks for all your moo-valous help! or Thanks for helping to lead an-udder (another) child to Jesus!

Payday Avalanche candy bars were also a suggestion. 

Our Dollar Tree has cowboy/western frames - I used a fiesta theme picture frame last year with a printed Thank You framed inside.  I also gave out coupons (that I got donated) for a free taco attached.

I purchased notebooks and candles from Michael's with  a western theme for $1 each.  They also had western themed thank you cards.  I included a card with a VBS poem and a thank you with each one.  I gave the guys the Avalanche Payday with a western thank you note.

We put together some of the previous candy ideas with a cute saying printed and tied to the bag. Our station leaders got their candy in tin buckets with a bandana, and our junior helpers recieved a smaller bag of treats...

Here is the saying...

Thank you for being such a Jolly-Rancher this week during VBS. You were a real Life-Saver! We wish we could give gold Nuggets, but your real Payday will be in heaven!

Candy is always a big hit!
