I discovered FaithWeaver back in the late 90's when I was serving a small United Methodist Parish in the hills of Kentucky.

Since that time I've become an orthodox Anglican priest in a large Norther city. One of my frustrations has been finding a quality Sunday School program that involves the whole Sunday School learning from the same text, is flexible enough for various sized groups AND is lectionary based.

Has there been any thought to developing a FaithWeaver type program for liturgical churches?

Thanks for your message. Sounds like you were around for the beginning of FaithWeaver (Fall 1999)! For those that use the Revised Common Lectionary, you may notice that FaithWeaver connects (not every Sunday, but most) with the RCL in the winter and spring quarters. We chose to use the Old Testament in the fall and summer quarters instead of sticking to the RCL in order to provide an overview of the Old Testament and history of God's people.
