Here are some photos to enjoy. Will add more this week.

We had a wonderful time in the Lord. 40 kids and 20 workers. Kids absolutely loved Spotlight Drama!

We started at 6:30 every night. One evening I went early to prepare (5:00 P.M.) when someone knocked at the door. I looked through the peep hole and saw no one. Then they knocked again. I opened and there before me stood a little cowboy (6 Y.O.) dressed up and ready for AR!!! He lives two houses down the block. I told him that we started at 6:30, but the he could come back at 6:00 to help me. He was there promptly at 6:00!!!

Sing & Play was awesome. I had 4 of the teen crew leaders help me with the motions and they really did a great job. They were even better with the kids. Don't shy away from asking teens to help especially girls.

We did all of Group's snacks and the kids loved them with the exception of Naaman's dip.

Most kids were new this year! I was truly blessed by that. Some even wanted more information about our Children Ministry. Prayerfully they will come!

Thank you all for the wonderful ideas, feedback, encouragement and most of all the prayers that held us up during a wonderful week.

If you will excuse me now I have a lot of formulas to test!!!

Partnering with parents to "TRAIN" up our children in the way they should go!

and custom siggys to create!

I think it's great that you attracted a lot of new kids to AR. I'm praying that you will see them again in your other children's ministries.

God Bless,

It's great that you had so many new children.  Everything looks great.  I like the walls that you used in Bible.

Great pictures PJ, you inspired all of us and it was fun to see pictures of your VBS. Hope you get some of the kids back to take part in your children's ministry. God is so good! God is in Charge!

Well thank you, but I really did not get to do half of what I had planned. I had my PVC cowboys, stables, store fronts and cows all half done so I did not use them. I guess I did manage to put a little inspiration in the deco in spite of the setbacks (trying to adjust my body to the change of shift, lack of sleep, lack of funds, senior pastor leaving and other personal issues)!

Thank the good Lord for Kathy who sent me some very nice stuff. Oh and Laura (firstluteran vbs) too! Also, two other churches, Neshanic Reformed (Victor) and Gospel Tabernacle (Denise) lend me some of their decos. Without them I really would have had a desert!
