| Thank you to everyone on this board for all of your suggestions and ideas, for posting your problems and solutions, for your support!! We just finished our AR this morning and tonight we had our VBS Roundup and Ice Cream Social. It was great! God is soooo good! The week went smooth (fairly smooth from a directors perspective) and our VBS program and Ice Cream Social is something we added this year and it turned out wonderful. Children invited their parents and grandparents. Sang their songs, watched their slideshow, and then enjoyed ice cream. Our Senior generation scooped out the ice cream for us...we ran out of places to sit and quickly had to set up more. Many unchurched children returned for the program and I pray that they will check out what happens on Sundays. We did Day 4 today with the cross and lights. AWESOME...and I loved ending that day with Jesus is real, Jesus is with us, Jesus is strong, Jesus is awesome!!! Group, I love your VBS program and the way you have it set up. Thank you for providing this board for everyone for support and encouragement. I am looking forward to Power Lab!

| Praise the Lord! Sounds like you truly had a wonderful and blessed time. What a blessing to have your seniors take part. Of course the best part is having the unchurched kids come back. Don't forget to follow up with them. If you could have a "Back to School" party/service that would be an added encouragement for them. You can also start planning for a fall festival and/or Christmas program and send them invitations. I agree, this board is more than just support. It is a community of loving and caring people praying and encouraging one another. Thank you for being part of it and for sharing your stories! Looking forward to see your contributions to PL!
