| | Statistics dictate that if a person doesn't receive Christ as their savior by the time they are 13 yrs old that the odds of that happening are greatly deminished. My husband and I have done children's outreaches for years. We target an area and consistantly go to that area every week with puppets, clowns, games, prizes and always the gospel message. We begin building relationships with these kids and their families. We have seen many children and adults come to know the Lord as their savior as a result. Does anyone else have ideas on reaching kids in your community?

| | A Youth Pastor from Minnesota told me that he would use my videos as conversation starters. You can download them at www.ReelVerse.com. Click on the 'Extras' page and if you have iTunes you can subscribe when you click on the subscribe button. If you don't have iTunes but would like a DVD or two or many, just send me an email with your address and I send them to you for free. Let me know what you think. |

| I work with a parachurch ministry that does Sidewalk Sunday School. I really enjoy it but it seems like we announce it to other churches but no one seems to want to get involved. We were just recently told that we can't bring our kids back to this one church camp that they have been going to for five years. Evidently they say that camp is meant for church kids and not for outreach. I am really discouraged by how the church seems to be rejecting our kids. Any suggestions? Alisha |

| Unfortunately not every church is willing or ready to reach out to the unchurched (even though in my bible it says we don't have an option-it says GO into all the world, not if you want or if it is comfortable etc.) It's sad that many unchurched children and adults go to these churches and leave feeling unloved and unwanted by the body of Christ. It is better for them not to go to these facilities than to go and leave with the wrong impression of what the body of Christ is all about. How many have walked away and will never return because of rejection from some well meaning "saint" who wants to clean the fish when Jesus never told us to clean the fish, but just catch them (cleaning is His job and He is so much better at it than we are!!). The sad truth is too many people are worried about the carpet getting dirty or the clothes a person is wearing to realize that the real important thing is not the condition of our buildings but the condition of our souls. My only suggestion is to possibly find another camp where everyone is welcome or possibly start your own. Maybe rent cabins in a state park and provide your own speakers etc...Pray and God will dirrect you in the way you should go. He has trusted you with those who are close to his heart. Remember when you have done it unto the "least of these" you have done unto Him!!
