Had too share with you all.  My count the first day back for my choir was 21 kids

Tonight the second meeting I had 26 with a few not there

If you take the total cound I have 33 kids reg.   I have 4 more possible coming and might have 2 more on top of that .

I am going to have to cut off the amount of kits I can take at 36.  I hate to do that

After Christmas we are talking if the Lord provides spliting the choir into two parts.  Right now the age range is first thru sixth grade.

If we split we can add Kindergarten possible .  Making it K, 1, 2, grade          3, 4, 5, 6, grade .

Other split wound be 1, 2, 3,                             4,5,6,

This choir starte off 7 years ago or more with 5 kids and the babys crawling and tots all around us .  I ask to have it as a real childrens choir .  I agree to have the first thru sixth grader and seveth if they wanted to sing .  I would love to have a pre teen choir as well.  What split do you all think would be best.  Well God is blessing me and my ministry. They are the choir for the VBS praise team .

We need a new stage too .

God bless

Doreen

Doreen,

That's great that God has been blessing your choir! I would split the choirs into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade in one group and 4th, 5th, and 6th grade in another. May God continue to bless you in this ministry.

I love your siggy by the way.

God Bless,

Besi

Not just  the choir growing I just found out some other great news.  Ranger one the grand prize ribbon at the county fair. I entered the the praire dog as well.  This is so cool.  This is the big cool ribbon.  I couldn't go tonight due to a open house at school for my little one . So I have to wait till tomarrow. My mom was so excited she forgot to look what the other one had.  I wanted to enter them all but you can only enter one per catorgory.  Mom went back to look its a blue ribbon on the praire dog

God bless

Doreen

Update on my choir

I have 32 kids who are registered.  We had our first performance and I had 28 kids singing on stage.  We sang Salt and Light.  We had battery operated candles.  Well they were in cups and no one saw that they wer battery.  One person said I had him thinking he was going to have to put our a fire. They flicker like real candles.  We did our hand motions we made up. Since I never did polar expedition I had no idea how they went. The church love it .  We perform agian on the fourth of Nov.  My Special Seans 8 birthday.  We are singing Awesome God .

I am so excited on how big the choir is but I need lots of prayer . Also I have stuff for a few people that wanted leftovers and my computer went down and I couldn't get the email and address off it . So if you were working with me can you contact me thru temckean@earthlink.net instead of my normal email .

God bless

Doreen
